Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our IT and software solutions team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities. You will represent our innovative software products and IT services, building strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT and software solutions.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Product Knowledge:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's software and IT services. Effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.
Proposal & Negotiation:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and provide client feedback.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in IT/software sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
