Completed Services: Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the client.
Customized Software or Solutions: Products or services that have been customized to meet specific client needs may not be eligible for a refund.
Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to third-party vendors on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees) are non-refundable.
