(Multi Level Marketing) MLM Matrix Silver Plan
Course Description
1. Matrix Structure
- Type: Common matrix structures are 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, etc. This defines how many people you can recruit directly and how deep the levels go.
- 2x2 Matrix: You can recruit 2 people directly under you, and each of them can recruit 2, continuing for a few levels (usually 3–5 levels deep).
- 3x3 Matrix: You can recruit 3 people, and each of them can recruit 3, and so on.
2. Compensation Plan
- Direct Bonus: A percentage of the sales or enrollment fees from the people directly recruited by you.
- Level Bonus: Commissions from the sales generated by recruits of your recruits (downline). The amount usually decreases with each level.
- Level 1: 10% of sales
- Level 2: 5% of sales
- Level 3: 2% of sales
- Spillover Benefits: If your matrix is full, new recruits may be placed under your downline, which helps them and motivates them to work harder.
3. Rank Progression
To motivate members, implement a rank system where individuals can advance based on recruitment and sales achievements. Each rank can unlock higher-level bonuses or rewards.
- Starter Rank: Basic entry-level, no direct bonuses yet.
- Intermediate Rank: Earn commissions from Level 1 recruits.
- Advanced Rank: Unlock commissions from multiple levels (1–3).
4. Qualification Criteria
Establish the criteria that members must meet to earn commissions:
- Monthly Sales Quota: Minimum sales requirement to remain eligible for commissions.
- Recruitment Quota: Members may need to recruit at least a certain number of individuals before they can earn commissions beyond their direct recruits.
5. Incentives and Bonuses
- Fast-Start Bonus: Offer an extra reward for recruiting a certain number of people within the first 30 days.
- Matching Bonus: A percentage of the commissions earned by the people you recruit.
- Leadership Bonus: Additional bonuses for reaching top ranks or for mentoring successful downline members.
6. Retention Strategy
Provide benefits or bonuses for maintaining activity, such as:
- Renewal Bonuses: Give rewards to members who remain active and maintain their recruitment and sales.
